Overview
RAZOR is a named partner on the Large Federal Program contracted to support its modernization and transformation efforts. This initiative will allow the most efficient use of technology to transform the federal program in providing healthcare to it’s members and reducing the backlog of benefit claims to deliver real value to America’s taxpayers.
Problem
Our new Salesforce.com modernized solution required access to legacy
data for case flow processing. Due to interdependencies on this data, the
data had to reside in the legacy environment, however, Salesforce.com
had to act upon this data to support the end user functionality.
Solution
Implement an efficient and scalable architecture leveraging Mulesoft, AWS and OData to support data visualization and data synchronization between Salesforce.com and the legacy environment.

User Experience, Business Requirements and Legacy dependencies.
